Bethnal Green Road has a collection of cool fashion stores, eateries and bars to rival nearby Brick Lane and Redchurch Street. Acid Jazz Records access their office through the entrance to this shop to rent, but you’ll have the whole run of this attractive-looking store to showcase your idea and make the space your own.
You’ll see plenty of locals making their way to and from Shoreditch High Street station, a five-minute walk down the road. Lunchtimes and evenings see the young, hip crowd that live and work around here make use of Bethnal Green Road’s cool cafes, restaurants and bars, such as Holy Shot and Well & Bucket. The likes of Edwin Store, Nordic Poetry and Pam Pam are a draw for style-conscious shoppers. Locals and tourists head here at weekends to shop, dine and soak up this neighbourhood’s eclectic atmosphere.
You’ll be in between Maida, an Indian and Indo-Chinese restaurant that has a loyal crowd of followers, and a furniture store. London’s first ever cat café, Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium, is two doors down, and the busy Well & Bucket pub is opposite.
A1 licence.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of 3 days.
All changes to the space must be approved by the Landlord beforehand.
There’s no stock room, but there’s a small storage area at the back of the shop.
The store entrance is shared with the record label's office at the back. You’ll share kitchen and bathroom facilities with them.
