A Little About This Space
Bond Street station is the gateway to Oxford Street's 300 destination shops, from Selfridges to Primark's London flagship. And you can now set up your own experiential space right at the station entrance, on the lower ground floor of West 1 shopping centre. This is an opportunity to gain high exposure quickly.
THE CROWD
Serving the Central and Jubilee lines, this station is visited by over 40 million annual visitors (many of whom are tourists) who want to get to destinations like Selfridges and New Bond Street. Peak travel times are between 5pm and 6pm every day.

West 1 shopping centre itself is home to well-loved chains like Joe & The Juice, Pret A Manger and Starbucks. Directly surrounding this space for rent on the lower ground floor are Holland & Barrett, Superdrug and Marks & Spencer.

No parking at the station, deliveries are made outside before 07:00am.
No power.
This space is underground, and therefore anything involving fire or water will be declined.
All concepts must abide by advertising standards. RAMS, PLI, etc. will be required.
Volume Discounts:
Bookings over £50,000: 5%
Bookings over £100,000: 10%
Discounts apply to single bookings only.
Home Truths
This is a unique underground space at the station entrance (placed in front of the column). Brands must provide and set up their own promotional equipment.
There may be room for storage inside one of the units inside the station, but it is very small.
