A Little About This Space

The Brooklyn Flea has made quite the name for itself as a must-visit shopping destination. Even Vogue editor Anna Wintour has been spotted here. Located off of Kent Street, which gets lots of weekend foot traffic, and with 80 vendors and views of the Manhattan skyline--it's easy to see why everyone in Williamsburg wants to spend their Saturday afternoon here.
Whether coming from Brooklyn or Manhattan, "the Flea" is easy to get to. Bike paths along Kent create a peddle-powered highway from Greenpoint to the Navy Yard, the ferry drop off is a block away, and the L train is just a ten-minute walk to the east.

Rules of The Space
The price advertised does not include electricity, which is limited on site, and may be available depending on your requirements, following discussion with the landlord. Electricity is available at an extra $50 p/day.
All vendors require a COI.
Food vendors will need a temporary food service establishment permit, a food handler's certificate from NYC, and (if using propane) a certificate of fitness. Please speak to the landlord for further details.
There is limited access to water on site.
Portable toilets and hand washing stations are provided.
Trading hours are 10am-5pm in all weathers, through each season. Traders must sell for the entire window, though bookings can be made for single weekends and don't need to be for an entire season.
