A Little About This Space
Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass (aka DUMBO, BK), an industrial vibe permeates this hip haven for well-heeled Brooklynites. Cobblestone streets, converted factories, and the occasional incognito celebrity add an industrial glamor to DUMBO.
And every Sunday, right under the Manhattan Bridge Archway, locals and tourists hit up the Brooklyn Flea. Known as simply, "The Flea," it's the most popular outdoor, open-air market in the city. At the DUMBO location, with the sun shining and a cool breeze blowing off the East River, thousands of visitors peruse over 80 vendors for local artisans, including furniture makers, jewelers, designers, and florists.
Getting here, even on the weekend, is easy. The F train is only a block away, and the East River Ferry is within a 15-minute walk.

Rules of The Space
The price advertised does not include electricity, which is limited on site, and may be available depending on your requirements, following discussion with the landlord. Electricity is available at an extra $50 p/day.
All vendors require a COI.
Food vendors will need a temporary food service establishment permit, a food handler's certificate from NYC, and (if using propane) a certificate of fitness. Please speak to the landlord for further details.
There is limited access to water on site.
Portable toilets and hand washing stations are provided.
Trading hours are 10am-5pm in all weathers, through each season. Traders must sell for the entire window, though bookings can be made for single weekends and don't need to be for an entire season.
