Rules of The Space

The space must be open for at least 6 days per week - between 7.00 and 23.00 (22.00 on Sundays).
The space can be booked for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 2 months.
Planning uses for this space are A1, A2, A3, B1, B8, D1, and the space is offered in a shell and core state.

The landlords are particularly interested in art galleries, clothing brands, recycling/ up cycling, ethical or community projects and events. They would consider food, but there is a fair amount of food and coffee options in the area.

Brands must have public liability up to £10 million, food hygiene certification if serving food, and a gas certificate if using gas.
Ambient music can be played within reasonable noise levels (not suitable for late night/ night club style venue).
Branding on windows is allowed within guidelines. Power is available, as are communal toilets.
There is no parking available on site, but there are car parks in the local area.
There is no wifi, heating or storage room.
