Selfridges London is routinely crowned the world’s best department store. Home to the likes of Chanel, Givenchy, Mulberry and more, this renowned destination is a key attraction for many of Oxford Street’s 200 million annual visitors. And its Duke Street entrance is just opposite this newly available retail space.
The space has a large, floor-to-ceiling window at the front for creating displays. Inside, the boutique stretches back to create a long and minimalist retail backdrop. The all-white décor and tiled flooring add a polished touch, and there’s separate stock room space available. There’s a basement floor too – the staircase is still being built but will be finished before you move in.
Duke Street takes passers-by to Marylebone in the north, and to the south it crosses Oxford Street – Europe’s busiest shopping street – to reach Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. Bond Street Station is the closest, at 4-minutes’ walk away.
The landlords are primarily looking for cool up and coming brands to book the space. It's directly opposite the Duke Street entrance to Selfridges, so is likely to have good footfall week long.
