Home to the creative crowd since the Young British Artists set up shop here in the 1990s, Hoxton has been full of independent galleries, unique bars and eclectic brands ever since.
This quirky retail space is found inside a railway arch next to Hoxton station. Previously a coffee shop, there's a small bar area on the right hand side with serving counter, shelves, power outlets and a fridge. A wall of windows and boutique hanging lamps keep the space well-lit. The space immediately in front can be used as an outdoor terrace, and there is also a small bathroom facility at the back.
The space is directly between Hoxton Station and bar and restaurant Beagle, so gets a good amount of footfall. It faces the popular Geffrye Museum and is surrounded by cool concepts such as vintage boutique House of Liza.
Ethical fashion label, Birdsong, set up shop here in July 2017.
Geffrye Street is set back from the main road - Kingsland Road, however there's a lot of footfall from the station next door.
