The trendy neighborhood of Soho was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1978 thanks in part to its over 500 cast-iron buildings. And along Greene Street, global brands like Acne Studios, Jonathan Adler, and Fjällräven have set up shop to take part in this culturally significant neighborhood.
This space in one of these historic buildings offers lots of room and high ceilings in an expansive space with signature SoHo cast-iron columns with ornate capitals. During the day, natural light streams through the many windows on both sides of the room as well as through the large skylight toward the back. The room also stays bright with gray walls and light wood floors.
SoHo is a heavily trafficked district with millions of people from all over the world passing through yearly. It’s right by busy Canal Street with quick access to N/R/W & A/C/E trains.
Those pillars look great, but you'll need to plan your design carefully around them.
