A Little About This Space
This central London space is in Haymarket right next to Pall Mall and Trafalgar Square. The area is filled with press offices, trendy media agencies, top fashion brands and plenty of tourists. Needless to say this is a very busy area.
The main space is a conference style room to the left of the main entrance area, you can curtain off parts of the space to make it private. The venue has stripped back the space to give it a contemporary industrial feel. The space also features a beautiful Grade II listed timber paneled wall.
Lots of big brands from Facebook to Google have booked this space for a variety of purposes, it's great for hackathons, workshops, conferences, co-working, meetings or private showings. You can also rent rooms by themselves for team building and training sessions.

Rules of The Space
The main space can be hired at an hour rate or at a day rate for up to 24h. The price listed is for this main space (140 seated capacity /180 standing capacity) for full day. The price is dependent on number of hours booked and the amount of space required
There are other area than can be hired to get up to a standing capacity of around 300 people.
Limited changes can be made but no elaborate work is allowed.
The space is used as a co-working space, so there is no guarantee of complete privacy for some of the general areas of this space. Weekends are much quieter so there will be a higher degree of exclusivity and privacy on those days
Home Truths
It doesn't have a high street presence and signage won't be a possibility, this is very much a venue to bring people to, not bring them off the street
This space is a communal working space with 1 large event space so privacy and exclusivity to the space would need to be discussed with the landlord.
Note that this is a high security building and it is required that a guest list is submitted to security 24 hours before your event. Attendees that are not entered on the guest list will not be granted access to the building.
