A Little About This Space
This warehouse space sits on the road linking Great Eastern Street to Shoreditch High Street. It's been kept in a good condition with white washed walls, high ceilings, light rails and big windows, which make it the perfect blank canvas for anyone with a big idea.
There are large entrance doors which mean cars or other oversize objects can be easily fitted in for display purposes. One other major benefit is that unlike many other warehouse spaces in Shoreditch, this isn't underneath a railway line therefore noise levels are fairly manageable!

Rules of The Space
Outside of studio hours (9.30am - 6pm) there will be a charge for a venue manager. other costs linked to events can apply such as cleaning, security, additional staff etc.
It is permitted to hang items from the wall but any major drilling or repainting will need to be approved. Any redecorating needs to be returned to the condition the space was supplied in.
No late parties, the space is limited to having events until 10pm with the space closed completely by 11pm.
There is no alcohol license in place so a Temporary Events Notice needs to be applied for from Hackney Council. This can typically take 2-4 weeks for them to approve and there is a limited number of licenses that can be applied to a property within a year so please don't take it personally if rejected by Hackney, nor for granted that you'll always get one.
Standing capacity is 200 and seated 150.
A damage deposit of £1000 is required bt the landlord when hiring this space. VAT is applicable to the price of the space.
There is a price reduction if the event is only an evening ending at 11pm.
