Broome Street runs the entire width of downtown Manhattan, and because of this there once was a plan to build an expressway right over the street. Thankfully, that never happened, and today everyone can enjoy this lovely street.
This multi-floored space in the must-visit Little Italy is modern but blends in with the red-brick apartment buildings that are a hallmark of the area. Inside there’s a narrow entrance that leads to a well-lit area that’s currently used as a print shop. The second story holds more floor space and an office. Both floors are currently lit with overhead fluorescent lighting.
The neighborhood is known for its delicious food, and there’s plenty on the neighboring block including Pepe Rosso, LuAnne's Wild Ginger, and Mo Il Gelato. The Grand Street and Bowery Street subway stations are a ten-minute stroll from here.
The space doesn't have a traditional retail layout, you might need to get creative with your plans.
