The Arts et Metiers quarter, located in Paris’s 3rd arrondissement, is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the capital. Once considered the quieter side of the Marais district, today the streets here are filling up with restaurants and boutiques, visited day and night by Parisians and tourists alike.
With its old tiles, stone walls and mirrors, this former wine bar is cosy and welcoming. The space has a dark, shabby-chic storefront and inside a long ground floor room which would be great for setting up a bar area. Up the spiral staircase is a room ideal for seating guests, plus a kitchenette and separate toilets.
La Rue Nouvelle has, up until recently, been quite dormant – but this historic street is set to stage a comeback. And with popular restaurants NordMarias and Pramil bringing in the crowds, it’s a good time to join in the action. La Rue Nouvelle is less than a 5-minute walk to Temple and République Metro stations so its accessibility is another bonus.
Opening hours for this space are Monday - Saturday 7.00 - 23.00
A bar, tables and kitchen are available with the space.
