A Little About This Space

Prince Edward Road is a mix of residences and workspaces close to Hackney Wick station. Overlooked by the Olympic Park, it’s an area that’s evolving quickly as cafes and breweries pop up and a bunch of the city's creatives move into disused warehouses. This building houses several studio spaces and a coffee shop, with the first and second floor studios available to rent for events.

THE CROWD

This part of Hackney isn’t packed with bars and restaurants, but you’ll bump into young, creative residents throughout the week heading to and from work. Expect to join a community from day one, and be at your busiest Monday to Friday. Creative types – from musicians and artists to designers and crafters – have begun to make this neighbourhood their base.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You’ll share the building with Thingy music studios, Woodmill photography and Routes Coffee, downstairs. Next door is empty on one side, with flats on the other. Vinyl Pimp record shop and The Wick eatery is round the corner.
