Close to Manchester city centre, Salford’s MediaCityUK is Europe’s largest mixed-use media hub. It’s home to bars, restaurants, shopping malls and over 250 businesses, including the BBC and ITV. Right in the middle of MediaCityUK and outside the University of Salford is this outdoor space, available to rent for street food ventures, sampling activities and small events. You'll have access to the entire outdoor space, and will bring in your own equipment. There's heaters, lighting and power beneath the white canopy.

THE CROWD

MediaCityUK is a vibrant base for over 7,000 media professionals and 1,500 students at the University of Salford. The area’s restaurants, bars, shops and attractions (including the Lowry Arts Centre and the Imperial War Museum) keep them in the area after office and lecture hours. Tourists staying in the nearby Holiday Inn like to visit for the guided BBC tours, too. It’s busiest here during the working week. Trains to and from Manchester city centre run from Broadway Metrolink, a five-minute walk away.
