Spring Street is one of Manhattan’s most famous thoroughfares. Lined with pre-war architecture and New York City institutions like Balthazar and Dominique Ansel Bakery (aka the home of the Cronut), the neighborhood draws locals and tourists from around the world who pack the streets to shop, eat, and experience downtown NYC.

This old-school SoHo space is located on the ground floor of a residential building that’s been around since 1910. The location used to be a patisserie (the pastry case is still intact), but it’s endlessly flexible. Although the shop is cozy, high, pressed-tin ceilings give an airy feel. In the back is a large main area with hardwood floors, exposed-brick wall, and a bathroom.

With the 6 train and lots of bus options right around the corner, this part of Spring Street gets lots of foot traffic and visibility. Nearby are cafes, stores, restaurants, like Prince Street Pizza, Korilla BBQ, Fresh, and G-Star.
