The West Side of Manhattan is quickly becoming a must-visit/live- in neighborhood for those who want a piece of authentic New York City. The High Line, the Hudson River Greenway, and the new Hudson Yards have brought restaurants and boutiques to a once-forgotten industrial district.
As commerce moves westward, there are fewer places for brands who want to be a part of it. But, industrial style retail spaces are available in the Terminal Warehouse Building off of 11th Avenue and near the Hudson River - a refurbished shopping and dining center. You can launch your store right off the entrance in this intimate but well-lit space. The space has high ceilings, exposed-brick walls, one main room plus a small alcove with an arched window that looks out onto the hallway of the warehouse that's being reimagined as a mall.
Subways are about a 10-minute walk away, but there are lots of bus options along 10th Avenue.
General Liability insurance required by landlord for the days of the event.
All signage on the portal window needs to be approved by Forrest.
You must walk through a cafe to enter and one wall needs painting.
