A Little About This Space

During the week, the shopping centre is busiest between 11am and 3pm, but with easy access to Bracknell train station you can expect most shoppers on Saturday with those travelling in for a weekend shopping spree. CLAUSE 2.1 C - After the first 3 months of the term, the Landlord is entitled to determine the Tenancy, providing 2 months’ notice is given to the tenant.

  • Not to make any alteration or addition to the Premises (including any alteration to the external decoration or appearance of the shopfront) and any internal non-structural shopfitting works unless first approved in writing by the Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)

  • To display and maintain a suitable sign first approved in writing by the Landlord showing the Tenant's corporate or trading name

  • Not to stand place deposit or expose outside any part of the Premises any goods materials articles or other things whatever for display or sale or for any other purpose nor cause any obstruction in any part of the Centre

  • At any time during the Term to permit the Landlord to affix on the Premises a notice as to the proposed re-letting or other disposal thereof and to permit persons with the written authority of the Landlord or its agent at reasonable times to view the Premises
