Many of Trinity's 23 million visitors don't just rock up to shop at the likes of Topshop, M&S and Superdry. (Though that's a big part of the trip.) They also come to sample a selection of the delicious food and drink on offer. Whether at street-style vans in Trinity Kitchen, or at cult hangouts like The Alchemist and MeatLiquor. And now this hugely popular shopping centre has room for one more.

This space is close to other F&B ideas, in an area of the centre busy with diners. Use your branding, launch comms and signage to attract a whole new fanbase to your door. It has a glass frontage, a simple, clean fitout and room for long counters - so think foodie ideas on the go.
