The vibrant Bushwick neighborhood has become the go-to spot for hipsters and creatives in the city. Troutman Street has some of the most popular spots in the area, including Sea Wolf and Kings Country Brewers Collective. Close to the Bushwick Collective gallery and behind the AP cafe, this former artist studio space to rent has skylights for plenty of natural light.
Fashionistas, artists, creatives, writers…the neighborhood is full of hip young professionals who are drawn by the area's bars, restaurants and quirky cultural venues. The area is busiest in the evenings and on weekends, with crowds spilling out of Starr Barr and heading to shows at House of Yes. The closest metro is a short walk away at Jefferson St Station.
There are artist studios on either side, with Idlewild cocktail bar slightly further along the block. Opposite you’ll find the Quebracho gallery and Rookery Bar.
There's no alcool license.
The space is accessed through the cafe, so think about how this would work for your brand or concept.
