The wide cobblestone streets of the Meatpacking District were once home to butchers and workers, congregating on the streets and under the corrugated overhangs built to cool the factories. Today, however you're more likely to hear well-heeled Manhattanites en route to the hottest restaurant or shop, rather than the sound of hooves.
In the middle of this industrial-chic neighborhood is this huge raw, versatile space. Although new, everything about the space has a sense of history: outside, there is a modern take on those old-school overhangs, only these are glass. Inside there’s another nod to those with the very high ceiling made of corrugated metal. The polished concrete floor and the floor-to-ceiling garage-style front windows give the space an airy feel and lots of light.
Major brands like Sephora, Tory Burch, Samsung, and Apple are just across the street. And the C/E trains are under 10-minutes away making this spot easy to get to.
This space has a raw industrial vibe that might not suit every idea.
