Between the Village, SoHo, and the East Village is one of NYC's hippest locales: NoHo. Well-heeled New Yorkers, tourists, and local NYU students make this both an eclectic neighborhood to visit and live.
On the ground floor of a luxury building right off of cobblestoned Bond Street, is this large, well-lit space that's as bright as it is flexible. The main area is a long rectangular space that can be used for retail or as a gallery. The ceilings are high with built-in track lighting, and one wall is almost completely mirrored. In the back, there's an unfinished area that can be used as an office, break room, storage space, or all of the above combined.
There's no doubt that this part of town is very busy with fashionistas shopping at neighbors Mish New York, OAK, and Paula Rubenstein, or foodies stopping by il Buco for a bite. Also, it's one of the easiest neighborhoods to get to with 6, B, D, F, M trains within five blocks.
The space will need a little work, including refinishing the floors and painting.
