The historic St. Mark's, gritty biker bars, a Turkish bath house – there's plenty for visitors and locals to experience in the eclectic East Village. On East 10th Street close to St. Mark's Place, this established record store is opening its doors in the daytime for new brands to take over as a retail space. There's a room at the back for shared storage.
Around the corner is St. Mark’s Place, the cultural hub of the East Village that draws people from all over with its rich history and funky shops. Nearby, Tompkins Square Park is a popular spot for live music and outdoor movie showings in the summer. L Train Vintage and East Village Thrift Shop are secondhand stores that attract the bohemian and artist types that are commonly found in this neighborhood.
This space sits in between a hair salon and computer repair shop. Across the street are a few Japanese restaurants including Hi-Collar, a posh cafe that attracts the lunch crowd. Up the street is an Urban Outfitters.
Only interested in daily rentals.
This is not an empty space, the record store is still in residence. Brand can move things and decorate the space, but can't remove any items or change the storefront.
